"Thank you so much for this!!"
Usually I find Photoshop tutorials overly complicated or vague and rather hard to follow. This was BRILLIANT!! I went through it thoroughly and played in PS3, step-by-step. Great tips and really well-presented. I enjoyed the interactivity. Thank you so much for this. I'm sure it is also greatly appreciated by other PS beginners looking for a place to start or get some tips!!

"The action and suspense were brilliant..."
I really enjoyed this one, too. I think the subs are easier to read in this, compared to Part 1. I thought this was a touch short, but I understand that you might not be comfortable with longer clips.
The action and suspense were as brilliant as the first. I really enjoyed Goku's mid-fight monologue, about the relationships of good/evil, strong/weak, and what it means to win.
Personally, my favourite bit was Vegeta driving Goku into the rocks. Was a bit different :D
The pace was, again, perfect. Can't wait to see Part 3!!
Author's Response:
Part 3 is out, I released it yesterday lol. Its one of the runner-ups on the front page.

I loved it!! The art style was smooth and was coupled perfectly by the music. It also reminded me of a trailer for a movie that's coming out soon called "Orphan". Anywho, can't wait to watch Part 2!!

This reminds me more of Abe's Oddessy. I think it's mostly the music. Quite a lot of fun, simple buttons, with well-paced difficulty level. Unlockables are fun also.

"I don't know if anyone else is having this problem"
...but the instructions aren't loading properly for me. The upper left quarter is the only thing coming up.
The game is also doing the same thing.

I found the jump to be difficult to use, hence why I could not get past the part where you have to jump from platform to platform. Nice game, but the jump was really glitchy.
Author's Response:
Just run before jump. I think jumping is realisitc and I dont copy any of previous game-standarts, I am making mine.

"Didn't have the same feel..."
The art, music, general conveying of the story... I was actually less impressed by this part (and I'm not just say that because it was short). I felt like something was missing for this part, that it didn't have the same feel. I would've been much more happy just to watch the first part and have it end there. The artwork seemed a lot more "stated", rather than implied. Anyway, good stuff, better than a lot of the stuff on NG.

"Ten out of ten does not do this justice."
Wow. I'm in a state of mindlessness... that really blew my mind. Such a caliber of work is not often seen on NG.
The film noir style was interesting and captivating. The music was absolutely brilliant and set the mood. Initially, this really reminded me of sequences from Tarantino's Kill Bill, but came to feel like something different, in it's own right.
A ten out of ten does not do this justice. I'm off to watch the conclusion.

"Could change opinions of sprites animations"
I thought this was a perfect example of how to make a sprite right. Even though people (such as I) generally feel that using sprites should get less respect in comparison to other flash makers, there is more to making a great flash than just the artwork.
The skills it takes to make a story clear and compelling is the same regardless of which medium is used to portray it. I found this clip really captured my attention, and left me wanting more. The music perfectly matched the scene, accentuating the feel of the story.
I must say, I would've preferred voice acting, or maybe less obtrusive and "prettier" subtitles. I personally feel there was a good balance of storytelling and action, so I hope you won't go over the top with action in the second episode and sacrifice story. There are hundreds of action sprites, but this has the potential to be something else completely.
(Side note: Though some commenters are saying that Shenron's 36 hours of Evil limitation is BS, I figure that Goku is pretty much the most good being in the whole Dragonball universe, so it's gonna take more than Shenron to quell that!!)
Total respect for you, Tactical. I don't know if any sprite will ever be a 10/10 rating... too much prejudice. But you might be able to change at least a few people's opinions on sprite animations.
Author's Response:
Wow, nice too see someone actually giving positive feedback while not being too negative at the same time. I'm workin on a test movie as I speak to up the action but I shouldn't sacrifice story in the next episode, hopefully. I'm no good at stories though, but I'll try my best to keep everything balanced.

"Important issues, delivered well..."
The whole style of it reminds me of Stan's rants on South Park. Important issues, delivered well.
(Side note: I am a female who does NOT wear make-up (excepting big occasions). I agree with the squirrel-y thing. Make-up is a waste of time and money. And probably a disappointment bomb for the unsuspecting fella.)
Great work!!
